Ground Venison And Pork Burgers

Some feel that ground venison doesn’t make good hamburgers because of its low fat content. Mix it with ground pork and other ingredients, and you can create juicy burgers anyone will love. Add a fried egg on top of each burger to add to the deliciousness.

1 lb. ground venison
1 lb. ground pork
1/4 cup Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
Kraft Sliced American Singles
4 sesame seed burger buns
4 eggs
1/2 stick of butter

In a large plastic bowl, mix ground venison, ground pork, Montreal Steak Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and crumbled blue cheese. Mix well and refrigerate for two hours. After two hours, roll mixture onto cutting board and using a glass, stamp out four 1/2-lb. burgers. Place burgers on grill over medium heat. Cook to taste flipping once. Add slice of Kraft Singles. Brush butter onto hamburger side of buns and grill quickly. Place burgers onto buns and add one fried egg on top of each burger. Add tomatoes, lettuce, mustard or ketchup or whatever you like on your burgers.
