Wild Game Recipes: Spaghetti & Monster Meatballs

Here is a great recipe for spaghetti and venison meatballs.

What you’ll need:
Sauce
  1 onion chopped
  3 tb. fat
  1 No. 2 can tomatoes
  2 cups water
  2 6-oz. cans tomato paste
  Parmesan
  1 tsp salt
  1 tsp pepper
  1 tsp sugar
Meatballs
  1 clove garlic
  1/2 cup milk
  2 beaten eggs
  1-lb. ground venison
  1 cup dry bread crumbs
  1/2 cup cheese
  1 sprig parsley
Brown onion in oil, add sauce ingredients. Cook slowly one hour. Combine meatball ingredients, mix thoroughly, form into large meatballs, brown in hot oil. Add to sauce and cook slowly for 30 minutes. Boil spaghetti and you are ready for a meatball feast.
