Wild Game Recipes: Greek Venison Steaks
Venison steak usually goes fast from the freezer, but if you have some left here is an easy and tasty-sounding recipe to try.
What You’ll Need:
2-lbs. of boneless venison steaks
Salt & pepper
1 8-oz. bottle of Ken’s Greek Salad Dressing
Pierce the steaks with a fork, then salt & pepper to taste. Apply the Ken’s dressing liberally, then marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Grill medium to medium rare.
The result is unbelievable taste and tenderness.
