Three state-champion duck-calling titles are on the line, and that means some of the nation’s top competition callers will again gather to compete for bragging rights and prizes. Georgia’s duck-calling contests will be held Sunday, July 27 during the Outdoor Blast at the Gwinnett Center in Duluth.

The sanctioned Georgia State Duck Calling Contest begins at 10:30 a.m. This will crown a Georgia state champ and punch a ticket to the World’s Championship Duck Calling Contest in Stuttgart, Ark. Next, the Georgia State Meat Championship will be held. There’s also the Georgia State Two-man Championship. Entry fees are $40 for the sanctioned event, $25 for the meat and $50 per team for the two-man.
