Take A Closer Look: GON subscriber Gordon McFarland, of Eatonton, was amused at the timing of his trail-cam. At first glance, it looks like Gordon has a three-legged turkey on his land! It’s actually two birds almost perfectly aligned in front of the trail camera as the photo was taken.

Low And Lethal: A Red-shouldered hawk skimmed the forest floor searching for a meal in Walker County. Edward Fowler, of LaFayette, has caught several images of this hawk.

A Doe In The Snow: Steven Bell caught a picture-perfect moment of a doe enjoying the snow with some cardinals in Henry County. It was 24 degrees on Jan. 21 when the photo was taken.

Mutant Buck? These Pickens County bucks had us doing a double-take! Tim Moss caught two bucks perfectly lined up in front of his trail-cam, creating the perfect optical illusion. Even the buck in the corner looked like it was confused!

No Way Out: These Jasper County hogs found trouble in a Pig Brig owned by Johnny Weaver, of Shady Dale. He says he’s killed 60 hogs in two years with the same hog trap!
