Lake Jackson Fishing Reports
Jackson: Level: 0.7 feet above 528. Temp: High 50s to low 60s. Clarity: Light stain. Bass: Tournament angler Willie McMullen reports, “Some bass moved up to bed in March, and waves will continue to move in throughout the month of April with warmer weather. Floating worms in pockets will get bit from mid pocket to the back. Texas-rigged lizards work well, too. Always check out shallow docks in April. Topwater should start being a player as the weather warms. Frogs and poppers around any shallow cover will draw bites. Lake Jackson Page: Archived Articles, News & Fishing Reports
