Lake Russell Fishing Report – November 2018

GON Staff | October 30, 2018

Russell: Level: 0.4 feet low. Temp: Mid to upper 60s. Clarity: Mid stain to clear.

Bass: Tournament angler Kerry Partain reports, “The lake is turning over in some areas, but the fishing is good in the places with clearer water. You can catch some decent fish early in the morning shallow around rocks and wood on crankbaits and spinnerbaits. Later in the day, the bait is starting to bunch up, and you can catch the bass feeding on them with a drop shot or a jigging spoon.”
