Georgia BASS Nation on Sinclair; Bobby's results from Oconee.

The Georgia BASS Nation tournament on Lake Sinclair Sept. 15, 2017 attracted 151 two-angler high school teams and also 22 teams that competed in the Junior Division.

Seth Morris and Jacob Robinson with the Bremen High School fishing team finished on top for the Georgia Bass Nation tournament on Sept. 15 at Sinclair.

The high school title went to the team of Seth Morris and Jacob Robinson, of Bremen High School. Their total weight was 8.83 pounds. Second place went to John Garrett Pearson III and Matt Muse, of Westfield School, who had 8.55 pounds. The Big Fish of the event, a 4.53-pounder, was brought to the scales by the Vill Rica High School duo of Dawson Walnright and Austin Smith.

The best sack of the tournament was caught by the Junior Division winners. Storm Clark and Gunnar Williams, of the Harris County Junior Team, weighed in a 9.64-lb. catch.

Derek Johnson had first place and big fish for the Sept. 10 ABA-AFT tournament on Jackson.
