Bartletts Ferry: Level: 0.7 feet below 521. Temp: 60-62 degrees. Clarity: Light stain in the river, clear on lower lake and Halawakee Creek. Bass: According to tournament angler Tyler Morgan with Summerlin Outdoors, fish main-lake coves and pockets mid to lower lake since they warm earlier.  Start just inside the mouth and work around until you find how far back they have moved. Skip Arkie head jigs and wacky-rigged Senkos under shallow docks for prespawn fish close to spawning. Concentrate on water 2 to 4 feet deep.
