On her first saltwater fishing trip, Brynna Tripp, 13, of Monroe, caught several black sea bass, an oyster toadfish and this shark off Tybee Island.

 

Cade Mathis, 8, of Dawsonville, was hunting with his dad in Greene County on Nov. 11 when he killed this 8-point buck.

 

Jenna Brown, of Cochran, said she’ll be eating pretty good after catching this big bluegill in Bleckley County on June 2.

 

Kolt McCord, of Adairsville, had just turned 8 when he nailed this big boar in Bartow County.

 

Andrew Carroll, 13, of Bremen, bagged his first turkey on April 28 in Harris County. The gobbler weighed 25 pounds, sported an 11-inch beard and had 1 1/4-inch spurs.

 

Lisa Fitzhugh, 14, of Griffin, killed her first buck, a 9-pointer, with a compound bow on Nov. 2 in Crawford County.
