30-30 Ministries Auction Provides Online Bidding Option

30-30 Ministries is nearing its fund-raising auction at the Ward Auction Company (Georgia Auctioneer License # AU-C002893) in Cordele on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014. For those who can’t attend the live auction, there is an ONLINE OPTION where folks can bid. The online bidding has already began at www.wardauctioncompany.com.

"Anyone can go to the website, enter and register for the auction," said Barry Ward with Ward Auction Company. "Once this is done, they can scroll through the items and bid on those items of interest. Upon registration, they will need to provide a credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover). Our website is secure, and their info is protected. I will send them an e-mail a day after the auction with a copy of their ‘Paid In Full’ Invoice identifying any items they were successful in purchasing. We will then make arrangements for them to come pick up their items."

30-30 Ministries has 41 items to be auctioned, and all those items are listed at www.wardauctioncompany.com. Once on the site, each item has a "Lot Number." The items that are for the 30-30 Ministries portion of the auction have the following Lot Numbers: 34, 53, 55-57, 60-63, 65-66, 68-70, 72, 74-78, 80-81, 83-87, 89, 103-104, 157, 234, 256-258, 260-261, 273-274, 298-299.

On the list of items up for the 30-30 Ministries’ auction, you’ll find guns, tools, appliances, hunting/fishing equipment, furniture, collectibles and even a bass boat.

"We’ve had amazing support from those who have donated items for this auction," said Brad Gill, director of 30-30 Ministries. "This is going to be a huge benefit in helping us continue establishing hunting and fishing camps for youth."

For those who would like to attend the live auction on Feb. 8, Barry welcomes everyone to come out. The doors will open at 12 p.m., and the bidding will begin at 1 p.m. and run until about 5 p.m.
