On July 27, some of the state’s top 4-H youth BB teams competed for cash prizes, trophies and bragging rights at the inaugural BB Blast 4-H Showdown at the 2019 Ag-Pro GON Outdoor Blast.
Members of the top-three teams listed below all won award rifles, Daisy’s Model 1938 Red Ryders. That’s 21 shooters who collected a new Daisy gun at the BB Blast 4-H Showdown. It’s sponsors like Daisy that made this a great first event with our 4-H partners.

Tony Stacy with Walton County was top shooter during the BB Blast 4-H Showdown. He received a special trophy that was made by Charles McCleary, an adult volunteer with the Forsyth county 4-H BB team.

First place went to Pierce County with a score of 1868-64. They won $500, and each team member won a Daisy Model 1938 Red Ryder gun that was fully functional and engraved.
