“Not This Time Bud!” It looks like a Dooly County coyote wasn’t quite quick enough to grab this turkey before it flushed and flew away. Ron Setis, of Cumming, got the picture on July 9, 2022 at 11:31 a.m.

Curious Bird: “I got these off a camera I have on a feeder. I thought they were interesting. I don’t know what kind of bird this is, but he seemed curious about the camera,” said Dale Hamilton, of Milledgeville. He got the picture in Wilkinson County on June 27.

Squirrel Dinner: Bad day for squirrel, good day for hawk. Russ King, of Douglasville, got this trail-camera shot in Haralson County.

Camera-Hating Hog: Brian Brumfield submitted some crazy images. “I had a situation on our property where two of my trail cams went missing. I thought it was because of trespassing,” Brian said. “I was cutting grass several weeks later and discovered my trail cams discarded and busted up. I pulled the cards on them and found that I had pics of a 300-lb. pig that apparently didn’t like his picture taken. He apparently ripped my cam off the tree and disposed of it. I think the last pic shows his teeth when the camera was in his mouth.”

Got Him! From trail-cam pictures to opening-day success for Justin Braden. He was bowhunting in Fulton County when he killed this nice buck on Sept. 9.
