Fox Squirrel Coloration Show Off: Longtime GON member Charlie Hendricks, of Metter, got this picture of a white fox squirrel with brown trim. “I think he just ordered some acorns on the half shell and is waiting for his order to be brought to the table,” said Charlie.

Backyard Brawl: Mike and Brenda Dailey got this awesome shot last July 15. “This picture was taken in an area in Clayton County that has mostly developed into neighborhoods and city life,” said Shaun Dailey. “There still remains a small stretch of habitat for wildlife.”

Fertile Myrtle In The Mountains: If sows keep having three cubs, the north Georgia bear population will keep on growing and expanding. GON member John Roach got this trail-cam picture Aug. 16 while camera scouting some new hunting property in White County.

Unicorn Proof: “Who says unicorns don’t exist,” commented GON member Chad Long, of Griffin. Chad got this picture in Monroe County late last summer.

Toombs County Boss: Here’s something to get the turkey hunters in the mood—not that we need much inspiration this time of year. Brad Hart got this trail-cam picture of a full-blown strutter last March in Toombs County.
