Bartow County Snatch And Grab: We don’t think this bear will be pleased with the taste of its thievery. Avery Riseden said this Bartow County bear took his turkey decoy and tried to eat it.

Old Grey Lady: Bob Mullinax, a GON member who lives in Acworth, submitted this close-up of a wild turkey hen in Chattooga County.

Circle Of Life: Although this image was taken in August a few years ago—and that’s a big fawn—another crop of newborn fawns are hitting the ground now. Heather Garlaus, of Davie, Fla., got this image in Terrell County.

Hog Heavy In Worth County: “I might have a hog problem,” said GON subscriber Mike Miller in the understatement of the day.

Hawk Snatches Turkey Poult: This amazing trail-camera photo was submitted by Chris Hall, of Gray, who got the picture on April 30 at 11:53 a.m. at his Twiggs County property. It appears to be a red-tailed hawk grabbing up a turkey poult in front of a very unhappy mother hen. Wild turkeys have it tough!
