Dawson Ramage, 8, of St. Simons, harvested this buck on the evening of Oct. 9 in McIntosh County.

Elisabeth Bryson, 7, harvested this buck at the specialty youth hunt on Lake Russell WMA in Habersham County.

Fred Staley, 11, of Athens, shot his first deer in Elbert County on opening day.

Grant Stalnaker shot his first deer during the youth opener. Grant is 7 years old and lives in Statesboro.

Raegan Alonsious, 13, of Monroe, harvested her first gobbler on March 26 in Jasper County.

Taylor Wyatt, 9, killed her first gobbler on March 27 at 6:50 p.m. in Laurens County.

Tyler Sipos, 10, of Avon Park, Fla., harvested this 4-point in Quitman County on Oct. 14.

Tyler St.Cyr, 11, of Locust Grove, killed his first deer on Oct. 9 in Crawford County.

Waylon Chandler, 14, with a Morgan County bird he rolled up on April 3. The tom had almost a 12-inch beard.

Bentley Conner, 10, used a rubber worm to catch this bass in Pike County last summer.

Cohen Nipper, 7, was hunting with his daddy and got his first buck in Crisp County.

Haylie Miller, 14, killed her heaviest deer to date on Nov. 7. The bruiser Worth County buck weighed 242 pounds.

Kara Bailey, 9, of Carrollton, killed her first buck with a crossbow in Heard County in October.

Lane McCormack with an 8-pointer he harvested Sunday, Oct. 17 in Morgan County.

Noah Coleman, 11, of Alvaton, with a super Harris County buck that he killed on Oct. 12.

Sarah Lyle, 11, of Meansville, with a Jones County buck taken on Oct. 22.
