Blackshear: Level: 4.5 feet below 237. Temp: 67 degrees. Clarity: Muddy in the river channel and stained everywhere else. Bass: Tournament angler Chris Gray reports, “Lake Blackshear is currently drawn down about 6 feet so homeowners around the lake can repair their docks, seawalls and boat slips. The lake should start filling back up around mid December. It’s very hard to get back into any of the sloughs and creeks right now.
