Bass: Good. Guide Eric Welch reports, “I’ve been catching fish on Lucky Craft Pointer 97 jerkbaits. Look for any wind-blown points and flats. Also keep a Sammy or a Strike King Sexy Dog tied on for any fish breaking around. Also a Zoom pearl-white Fluke is good for breaking fish and around docks and laydowns. I’ve also been catching fish on a drop shot and a shaky head. Just keep your eye on your electronics, and drop down on them.”
