Bass: Tournament angler Matt Driver reports, “Fish are still in their winter pattern, and the jig bite has been great all winter. Brush, bluffs and rock on red clay banks have been the most productive. A green-pumpkin Picasso Little Spotty in 3/8-oz. with a green-pumpkin trailer has been the go-to bait.
