Lake Sinclair Fishing Report September 2013

GON Staff | August 28, 2013

Sinclair: Level: 0.9 feet below full pool. Temp: 85-88 degrees. Clarity: Light stain.

Bass: Tournament fisherman Aaron Batson reports, “Schooling fish are being caught down the lake. Try a darter-head jig with Wackem Crazy Baits shad-shaped worm. Also try a Pop-R for these fish. In more stained water, try flipping docks with a 3/8-oz. black Net Boy Baits jig and a Zoom chunk. Mayflys are still being found on some mornings and afternoons. Try a small buzzbait and a Net Boy Baits swim jig around the bugs. Tip the swim jig with a Wackem Crazy Baits Crazy Craw. Good colors are greens and browns dipped in some chartreuse JJ’s Magic.”
