Lake Sinclair Fishing Report – April 2009

GON Staff | March 24, 2009

Sinclair: Level: 0.4 feet below full pool. Temp: 58-63 degrees. Clarity: Stained.

Bass: Good. David Lowery said the buck bass are up shallow all over the lake, and they’re easy to catch. The big bite has been hard to find. Concentrate on the shallow docks, grass and seawalls with any shallow bait you want to throw. David tried Senkos, spinnerbaits, swim jigs and Rat-L-Traps looking for a bigger fish. He caught buck bass on all his baits.
