Lake Sinclair Fishing Report: April 14, 2019

Josh Rockefeller updates the Sinclair bass fishing report.

GON Staff | April 14, 2019

Sinclair: Level: 1.3 feet below full pool. Temp: 70-72 degrees. Clarity: Stained to muddy.

Bass: Tournament angler Joshua Rockefeller reports, “The fish are starting to move on the shad spawn. We caught several decent fish Saturday (April 13) on a Buckeye Lures spinnerbait fishing along the deeper seawalls in the rivers. The water is muddy in some places and stained in others, with the water temps reach and passing 70 degrees. Look for this bite to continue to progress until May. A cloudy day is preferred to prolong the bite further into the day before the sun pushed the shad down deeper.”
