Lake Rabun Fishing Report September 2011

GON Staff | August 31, 2011

Rabun: Level: 1.9 feet below full pool. Temp: Mid 80s. Clarity: Clear.

Walleye: Wes Carlton reports, “The bite has been great early. The fish seem to be hanging in the 25- to 30-foot mark early in the morning and 40 to 50 feet deep midday. Look for long points that have a gradual drop. Try trolling large crankbaits with dipsy divers or downriggers.”
