Lake Eufaula Fishing Report – November 2019

GON Staff | October 26, 2019

Eufaula: Level: 1.2 feet below 190 full pool. Temp: High 70s. Clarity: Light stain.

Bass: Guide Sam Williams reports, “The latest shad hatch has the fish holding near the cover. The fish are full, and patience is the name of the game. Work the areas slow and hang with them. Texas-rigged worms, swim jigs and suspending twitch baits are good choices. Rat-L-Traps ripped through the hydrilla are also working. Deeper bass are holding on trashpiles.”

Other Species: Sam Williams reports, “Shellcrackers are on the flats eating wigglers. Crappie are on the trashpiles on the first drops—minnows and jigs will get a good mess to eat. Catfish are in the creeks on the drops, and cut bait on jugs will get some action.
