Burton: Level: Full pool. Temp: Mid 80s. Clarity: Clear.

Bass: Start the morning at Burton with topwater baits tied on, said Nathan Lewis. Sammys, Super Flukes and buzzbaits around shoreline cover or cast to breaking fish may catch fish. As the day progresses, slow down with plastic worms in deep brushpiles. Tube baits, a jig ’n pig or drop-shot rigs fished slowly in brush may also catch fish.
