Georgia Saltwater Fishing Report – Nov. 10, 2023

Capt. David Newlin | November 10, 2023

Pat and Kasey Hall with a pile full of fish caught with Capt. David Newlin. They released a bunch of redfish up to 36 inches.

The November bite is absolutely smoking hot. The last few days I have brought home more than 50 fish a trip with trout, redfish, flounder and black drum. Water temps fell to 62 degrees, which is perfect. The redfish bite is absolutely crazy good. Caught 50-plus today from 14 to 38 inches. I have caught most of my fish on live shrimp, but artificials are starting to really work. As the water cools, jigs and artificial shrimp will catch a lot of fish. Fish are up the rivers and all over the sounds. Better fishing spots have been 4 to 10 feet deep for me. The next few weeks should be really good for fish catching.
