GON subscriber Jim Watson, of Clarkesville, caught this 16-inch rainbow trout on a fly rod on July 22. Jim was fishing the Tallulah River in Towns County.

Michael Green shot this big 10-pointer last Oct. 25 in Sumter County. With the help of Allen Barrett’s trailing dogs, they recovered the buck in a creek.

Kimberly Wheeler, a GON subscriber from Elberton, with a 30-lb. blue catfish she caught at Lake Oconee on July 11.

Wow, what a bass! This 12-pounder was caught on July 24 by Lane Worley while he was fishing a private Gordon County lake. The bass hit a plum-colored Texas-rigged worm.
