GON Hunt Advisor Tim Dangar and his grandson Tyler Goddard doubled up on March 27 sitting side by side leaned up on a big oak tree. “It don’t get much better than that!” Tim said.

Drew Gann, of Demorest, got it done on opening weekend this past turkey season. Drew said the White County gobbler was a great way to start the season.

This Walton County 9-pointer was chasing two does across a bushhogged path in planted pines Nov. 1 when Hal Needham, of Covington, got his shot on the third pass.

Jackie Burdette, of Covington, shot this big Franklin County coyote on Jan. 31. “Predator hunting has become an exciting pastime while helping the farmer who leases our property from the loss of the new calves,” Jackie said.

This 8-point Upson County buck was behind a doe on Nov. 9 when Mike Willis, of Thomaston, took him down.

This wide-racked 8-point buck was killed in Madison County last season by Kenny King, of Danielsville.

Walton County produced this 10-pointer last year for John Rowell, of Monroe. John had tons of history with the buck.
