Robie Millican of St. Simons (center) sent this picture of a 45-lb. king caught on July 6 about five miles off Cumberland Island. Also pictured are Robieʼs cousin James McNab (right) and Tim Lang, both of Flager County, Fla.

Billy Wayne Wilson, of Lithia Springs, was hunting OTG (on the ground) last November 12 in Glascock County when he shot this awesome 8-pointer after seeing it cross a firebreak 40 yards away.

This Telfair County 8-pointer worked a scrape at 8:10 a.m. on October 23, and Bob Stanley, of McRae, had his stand in a spot to see the action — and get a shot.

Clifford Bauman, of Statesboro, shot this Bulloch County 9-pointer on January 1 last season when it ran into a food plot to challenge a 7-pointer looking at some does.

Hugh Tucker, of Valdosta, with his best buck ever, a Lowndes County 9-pointer taken over a wheat/oats food plot last November 5.

Last October 25, while hunting in Bibb County, Lance Howard of Macon watched a group of does run into a field. This Bibb County 10-pointer was close behind.

Some hunters had trouble seeing deer last season, so a 9-pointer and 8-pointer the same morning was even more special. Lee Stanford, of Hiram, shot these Meriwether County bucks while hunting a ground blind on a food plot.

Two long beards measuring 11 1/8 and 9 1/8 inches and 1 3/8-inch spurs highlight this Jasper County gobbler taken late last season by Roger Bannister of Duluth.
