Angelo Feros, of Albany, caught this slab crappie at Lake Worth near the boat landing at Cromartie Beach. It hit a monkey-milk colored jig.

Hard to beat a Zoom Trick Worm when fishing a small lake. That’s what Tammy Mason, of Canton, used to tempt this 8-lb. Cherokee County bass.

Ashleigh Feltman, 16, of Chatsworth, was hunting in Talbot County on Nov. 18 when this big 9-point buck came out along the edge of a clearcut.

Meriwether County produced this 10-pointer for Ahmed Eltantawy, of McDonough. He said patience finally paid off after passing 50 deer this season.

Dana Carter was hunting a 1/2-acre food plot on Oct. 26 when this Hancock County 8-point came out to check some does.

Drew Taylor, of Griffin, was hunting a big food plot and saw 18 deer before this Upson County 9-point came out.

The rain finally stopped the afternoon of opening day of gun season, giving Duke Vinson a great day in the woods. He shot this Marion County 10-point buck with his Henry 30-30.

Jamal Lane, of Chula, caught this awesome 13 3/4-lb. bass in November while fishing a Tifton County pond. It hit a Storm Wildeye Shad swimsuit. “It was my last cast, I was getting ready to leave,” he said. The bass broke Jamal’s hand-held scale.

Bob Simon got his first-ever bear on Nov. 19 while hunting national forest land in Union County. The bear was 3 years old and weighed 150 pounds.

After Josh Cunningham, of Maysville, rattled just after daylight on Nov. 10, this Banks County buck couldn’t resist and came straight at him.

Bill Troxell, of Toombsboro, said if you find the big hickory nuts, you’ll find your big hogs. Bill killed this 262-lb. boar on Dec. 13 in Wilkinson County.

Chris Harris, of Cumming, was turkey hunting in Emanuel County last April 7 when he rolled this big gobbler that had 1 1/2-inch spurs and an 11 1/2-inch beard.

Mike Dykes, of Ideal, with a Macon County 9-point buck he killed on Nov. 16 as it was chasing a doe.

Here’s a great mid November bow-kill. Matt Stone, of Macon, arrowed this Wilkinson County 10-point buck on Nov. 16.

On Oct. 27, Winfred Law, of Perry, went to the woods after working night shift and got a shot at this Houston County 8-pointer at just 12 steps. Winfred was hunting with his recurve bow.
