Taylor County produced this old bruiser buck for Trevor Locke last season. They had trail-cam pics since 2011 and estimated the buck was at least 6 1/2.

There were lots of deer moving all afternoon last Nov. 21 as Leanna Roberts, of Martin, was hunting in Franklin County. Leanna dropped this 8-pointer in its tracks at 5:30 p.m.

Sam Brewton, of Molena, called this Upson County bird across open ground and then coaxed the longbeard across a creek during a hunt last season.
