After 14 straight days of rain last November, Kathy Terry, of Buford, was ready to hunt. Her husband grunted in this Gwinnett County 9-pointer.

Cochran’s Daniel Mullis was hunting with his niece Jaylin Robertson last Nov. 26 when this big 8-point showed. She wasn’t comfortable taking the shot, so Daniel did. Then, three does came out, and Jaylin got her first deer.

UGA student Kencade Sumner had some time after classes to hit the Madison County woods last Nov. 5, and it paid off with this 8-point buck.

R.G. Baker, of Social Circle, with his 14-point Walton County buck killed last Nov. 12.

Dusty Morgan, of Lavonia, saw this buck the same date (Nov. 14) the previous year. He was back in the Franklin County woods last Nov. 14 hunting a river bottom when the 8-point appeared.

This Wilkes County 9-pointer is one of the better bucks taken in 17 years on a thick 380-acre club. Dale Miller, of Gillsville, shot the buck last Nov. 22.
