Fears That Hillary Will Take Away Our Guns!

Dear GON,

I am sure my fellow GON members understand that this upcoming presidential election is the most consequential of our lifetime. The direction of our nation will be determined for many years.

There is only one choice for president if you believe in the second amendment, and that is Donald Trump. If Hillary Clinton is elected, our precious gun rights, as well as other freedoms, will be in grave danger. Her liberal appointments to the Supreme Court  would guarantee this. The conservative principles our country was founded on could be lost forever.

Recently several news organizations have stated that Georgia could be a red state that flips to blue. Could it be possible that Georgia is the deciding state to put Hillary in the White House?  Think about that for a minute.

I am asking all GON members and their families and any other readers of your magazine to vote and work very hard to recruit other voters for Donald Trump. Please understand what is at risk. I believe our future and the future of our children and grandchildren would be very different if Hillary Clinton won. It is something I do not want to think about.

I just saw on Fox News that Hillary just called 50 percent of Donald Trump’s supporters deplorable. I guess because we cling to our guns and the Bible, like Obama said.

Sincerely,

Dr. James Cox, Climax

A Sad Good-bye…

Dear GON,

I will not be renewing my subscription for another year. I have been receiving GON for several years. My late husband picked up a copy at the store before he got a subscription by mail. We have enjoyed it so much and looked forward to receiving it.

We were deer hunters, but I’m not able to go anymore. I’m 88 and don’t have anyone to go with me. My eyes are getting bad, and I’ll probably go to a nursing home.

When I received the magazine, I would read it that day. Tell all that I enjoyed reading all the stories and seeing the pictures.

A Faithful Reader,

Emmie Christopher,
