Hunt Story
I watched this deer all summer and thought to have him patterned out pretty good. I saw him Saturday evening with no luck. Sunday evening he came out and I watched him eat some natural browse for over an hour in some 25-year-old select-cut pines. He finally eased his way to where I was, feeding on some pin oaks, and he presented me with a 24-yard broadside shot. He ran about 100 yards where we recovered him. Thankful for family and friends to share these memories with.
