Hunt Story
It was raining hard the first thing Tuesday morning so I waited for it to slack off some before going to the stand with the intent of sitting the rest of the day. I got in the stand at 10:00 AM and at 10:15 AM I saw a buck with his nose to the ground trolling. I saw several more deer during the day and shot a couple of hogs that were in the plot at different times of the day. At 5:00 PM I noticed a deer walking across the plot with its head down taking the same path that some does had taken earlier in the day around noon. I picked up the binoculars and immediately knew that it was a deer that we had named "Outlaw."
