Hunt Story
Morning hunt, temperature in the high 30s, seeing lots of pre-rut activity and buck sign. Had pictures of this deer many times on camera. Had gotten a shot at it in opening firearms day and missed. Buck showed up a few days later again on camera. Had been seeing does and yearlings and small bucks since daylight. He showed up just off the food plot and started working a scrape. After about 30 seconds he entered the food plot where 4 does we’re feeding and gave me a nice broadside shot. Bucked up and kicked when shot and went about 40 yards.
