Hunt Story
It’s been a season for the memory books to say the least! So many highs and lows, second guessing myself and long sits (hot and cold), this dude and I played cat and mouse for the last 2 months! And I’ve been watching him for the last 4 years! But it all came together this hunt. I shot my biggest buck to date this afternoon! He came in at 3:30 and hit the ground 5 mins after that. I wasn’t in the stand 15 minutes and he came in. I wasn’t even ready and didn’t even have my bow ready. He didn’t run 30 yards and got to watch him go down right in front of me. For the first time in my life I got my two biggest bucks I’ve ever got the chance at and I finally can say for the first time that I’m tagged out! My number 1 and my number 2 buck down! Thank you Lord for giving me the best deer season yet!
