Hunt Story
I was checking a rub line on edge of swamp Monday morning after a good rain shower through the night, and I happened up on him bedded down. He knew something was up and stood up, and I smoked him with a crossbow and recovered him immediately. We have had a 3-year history with this deer. I’ve passed him for two years, and he blew up this year. He is a deer of a lifetime, he was rough scored Tuesday morning at 178 inches.
