The GON Subscription Drive Contest – Help GON!

GON has been on a long, wonderful journey since that very first issue way back in 1987. With your help, this unique magazine that chronicles Georgia’s outdoor community can grow and do better.

We need your help, and in return and as extra incentive, we’re giving away a bunch of great stuff, including a $1,700 Bergara rifle.

Through Dec. 31 of this year, for each gift subscription to GON that you buy for a family member or friend, you earn a chance in a drawing for some great prize packages. You can knock out your Christmas list easily by including gift subscriptions to GON, and for each that you buy, you’ll get another chance in the drawing. Give 10 gift subscriptions, earn 10 entries in the drawing.

Chances in the subscription-drive drawing can also be earned for each subscription renewal or new GON subscription purchased from now through Dec. 31, 2024. Even if you have recently renewed your GON subscription, you can add 12 issues to your account with no overlap and receive an entry in the drawing.

It is because of our loyal subscribers that GON continues to cover hunting, fishing and the outdoors in Georgia. And it is because of subscribers that our coverage still includes the magazine.

As new generations rely on 10-second snippets on their phones for entertainment and—heaven help us—news and information, print magazines have failed. We’ve joked that GON is the last magazine standing—it’s becoming more true by the month. Outdoor Life is gone, as is Georgia Sportsman. The very last Quality Whitetails magazine was recently mailed to NDA members (formerly QDMA).

GON is still strong, but we want to do even better. We’re enlisting your help to grow the GON community.
