Lake Weiss Highway 9 Ramp Closing In May

The Highway 9 Causeway Boat Ramp on Lake Weiss will be closed Monday, May 6, 2024 through Friday, May 24, 2024. This closure is to replace the existing launching pier at the boat ramp, according to Alabama Power. “Please pardon our progress during this time,” Alabama Power said.

Alternate boat launch locations for this area of Lake Weiss can be found at Cobia Bridge Boat Ramp, Mud Creek Boat Ramp and Bay Springs Boat Ramp.
