Toccoa River
The Toccoa River runs generally north for about 60 miles from its headwaters near Suches to where it crosses into Tennessee at McCaysville in Fannin County. Blue Ridge Dam divides the river into two distinct fisheries. Above the lake, the Toccoa River is more like a typical north Georgia trout stream. Below the lake, the Toccoa River offers fantastic tailwater trout fishing.
