Allatoona: Level: 4.2 feet below 840. Temp: 49. Clarity: Stained. Bass: Tournament angler Matt Driver reports, “The bass bite in March at Allatoona is typically on fire. The crankbait bite is hard to beat. The bass are on the move headed toward spawning areas. They are feeding up along the way. The shallow, stained water warms up quick. Fish fast, but be efficient. There were several giant bass caught last month, and March is one best months for big fish.
