A 17-lb., 2-oz. largemouth has been caught and released by angler Gary Wasson in California’s Kaweah Lake. If the giant bucketmouth had been caught in Georgia waters, and been officially weighed, it would have ranked No. 7 on GON‘s Georgia’s Biggest Bass of All-Time list.

The release of the giant bass was captured on video and can be viewed on Keitech USA’s Facebook page.

According to Keitech, the bass was caught on an EcoPro A-Rig full of Keitech 4-inch Easy Shiners in silver flash.
