Lake Nottely Fishing Report – October 2019

GON Staff | September 24, 2019

Nottely: Level: 7.5 feet low. Temp: 81-84 degrees. Clarity: Clear.

Linesides: Guide Jeremy Seabolt reports, “Fishing has been off the charts. This has been the best I have seen in a long time. Our boats have been catching 30-plus fish a trip. We have gotten a lot of small and teenaged fish that have been in some monster schools. We have been catching fish a lot of different ways, from u-rigs to downlining herring to freeline herring. There are fish holding from Point 8 all way to the dam. Going into October, I’m hoping the water starts cooling off. We should start seeing some topwater, and we will start looking for the fish to be in all the same places we have been fishing in September.”
