Lake Nottely Fishing Report November 2017

GON Staff | October 27, 2017

Nottely: Level: 10.1 feet low. Temp: 72-74 degrees. Clarity: Clear.

Stripers: Guide Jeremy Seabolt reports, “Fishing has been OK. We have been catching fish on top first thing in the mornings, and in the late afternoons the fish are chasing small baits. The flukes and small topwater baits have been working the best. Mid morning we have been catching fish down around Points 1 and 3. Fish have been holding 20 to 40 feet deep in mid coves but are not staying put. You have to be flexible day to day. In November, we will start seeing the bigger fish show up. We will drag out the planer boards and start pulling boards in the creeks. The fish should be setting up and feeding hard core trying to fatten up for the winter. By mid month, you should be able to find fish on long points throwing topwater plugs and bucktails.”
