Clarks Hill Lake Fishing Reports – September 2020

GON Staff | August 30, 2020

Clarks Hill: Level: 0.3 feet low. Temp: 86-90 degrees. Clarity: Clear.

Linesides: Capt. Eddie Mason reports, “It’s  been cooling off, but we’re still starting in 30 feet of water, and as the sun goes up, I’ll ease into water that’s around 50 feet deep to keep the blueback herring alive as long as I can. The oxygen lines are still on, so a lot of fishing is going on between Modoc and the dam. That oxygen also keeps the bait alive. I’m  going in Georgia Little River and Keg Creek some, too. Some folks are also going to the upper end of the lake, but for the most part, I’m staying close to home on the lower end.”
