Bartletts Ferry Fishing Report – October 2018

GON Staff | September 26, 2018

Bartletts Ferry: Level: Full pool. Temp: 82-87 degrees. Clarity: Clear on the main lake and some stain back in the creeks.

Bass: Tournament director Dennis Hudson reports, “Bass fishing is slow right now. Topwater has slowed down, but some bass are still being caught early and late. Trick Worms and shaky heads are catching some bass around the shady banks up until about noon. When the weather starts to cool down, the bite should pick up. Small crankbaits, spinnerbaits and buzzbaits fished close to river banks and points are a good bet for October bass.”
