Bartletts Ferry Fishing Report June 2017

GON Staff | June 1, 2017

Bartletts Ferry: Level: 0.2 feet below full pool. Temp: 80 degrees. Clarity: Light stain.

Bass: Tournament Director Dennis Hudson reports, “Hopefully in June the bass will be biting because they sure aren’t biting right now. It’s been tough. We won our little club tournament, and it only took 10 pounds to win. You can still catch a few small fish on top early, but that’s the only fish really biting right now. These fish really don’t get too deep here on this lake. In June, we’ll be targeting river points and bluff banks with shaky heads. We’re starting to see a few mayflies, so hopefully we’ll get a big mayfly hatch and get this place going.”
