Bartletts Ferry Fishing Report June 2016

GON Staff | June 2, 2016

Bartletts Ferry: Level: 0.6 feet below full pool. Temp: 75 degrees. Clarity: Light stain.

Bass: Tournament director Dennis Hudson reports, “There is still plenty of topwater action early and late. Buzzbaits work best in the middle half of coves, especially when there is a slight breeze blowing in. Flats in front of seawalls and around boathouses are the key areas right now. It’s starting to get pretty tough during the day, especially on Saturdays when the boat traffic starts. Jigs skipped under piers and boat docks is the best bet as the bass retreat into the shade.”
