Bartletts Ferry Fishing Report – July 2018

GON Staff | June 28, 2018

Bartletts Ferry: Level: 0.6 feet below full pool. Temp: Mid to upper 80s. Clarity: The main run is clear, slight stain in the creeks.

Bass: Tournament director Dennis Hudson reports, “Some bass are being caught on topwater early and late. Trick Worms and shaky heads are catching some throughout the day. Mayfly hatches should begin this month. Pop-Rs, frogs and Trick Worms are good choices around the flies.” Boat docks that are closer to deep water will be best on bright, sunny days. When there’s cloud cover and before the sun hits the water, fish fast along deeper seawalls for roaming singles.
